Q: What type of rewards will I receive when redeeming Tier Credits?
A: Tier Credits are not redeemable for any type of reward, cash, comp or offer. They are the metric which is used to calculate Tier Score. Based on the number of Tier Credits earned in the annual qualification period you will qualify for a Classic, Elite or Ultra card. Each tier is associated with its own set of special benefits and services.
Q: What are Destiny Dollars?
A: Destiny Dollars will no longer be earned as of June 15, 2007. Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 will continue to be redeemable as complimentary value at any Resorts International property other than your dominant property or other properties in that same region. Q: Why has the earning of Destiny Dollars been discontinued?
A: Based on feedback from Members that they are more interested in incentives that can be redeemed at the property at which they play the most, we discontinued the earning of Destiny Dollars. All of your tracked play will continue to generate “local” comp value that can be redeemed at the property at which it was earned or other properties in that same region.
Q: Can I redeem comp value at any casino that is part of the Resorts Destination Casino Club program?
A: Comp value can only be redeemed at the Resorts International property at which it was earned or other properties in that same region.
Q: What Resorts International destinations are considered to be in the same region?
A: Currently we have two properties in the Atlantic City region, Resorts Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Hilton, and two properties in the Tunica region, Resorts Tunica and Bally’s Tunica.
Q: When do my Destiny Dollars expire?
A: Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 will continue to be valid for 18 months from the time they were earned.
Q: Where can I use my Destiny Dollars?
A: Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 will continue to be redeemable as complimentary value at any Resorts International property other than the property at which you play the most, or another property in that same region.
Q: What can I use my Destiny Dollars for?
A: Destiny Dollars continue to be redeemable under the rules of the Resorts Destination Casino Club program. Destiny Dollar redemption options vary by property, so please speak with a Resorts Destination Casino Club Representative for a detailed list of choices.
Q: Will I continue to earn cash?
A: The Resorts Destination Casino Club has not changed the way that you earn cash. Based on where and how you play, you will receive cash incentives just like you did before the introduction of the new program.
Q: Can I redeem my cash at any casino that is part of the Resorts Destination Casino Club program?
A: Generally, Cashback can only be redeemed at the casino where it was earned. However, in Tunica Cashback can be earned and redeemed at either Resorts Tunica or Bally’s Tunica. Q: How will my offers change now that I am a Resorts Destination Casino Club member?
A: You will continue to receive mail from your favorite casinos when you play using your card there, and you may also receive mail from other casinos that participate in the Resorts Destination Casino Club program.
Q: I don’t understand the expiration date and renewal process for my card.
A: The annual earning period for your Tier Score is January 1st through December 31st . However because we have so many members in our database and we want to ensure that all players have been assigned the proper tier status, the actual card does not expire until January 31st. Therefore, if you obtain a Tier Score that promotes you to the next level, either Elite or Ultra, you will be promoted to that tier and then remain in that tier for the rest of the current earning period, plus the following earning period.
