1. As used herein “Resorts International” means Resorts International Holdings, LLC.
   
   
2. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   
   
3. Members must be 21 years of age or older.
   
   
4. Membership is free.
   
   
5. Membership accounts are limited to one (1) member each.
   
   
6. Membership and rewards are non-transferable.
   
   
7. Valid photo identification (the type of which shall be determined by Resorts International in its sole discretion from time to time) is required for all transactions related to the Resorts Destination Casino Club including, but not limited to, signing up for a card, replacement of a lost or stolen card and cash or comp redemption.
   
   
8. By becoming a member, you acknowledge your permission for Resorts International to correspond with you by mail, email or telephone, unless otherwise noted at time of enrollment, and to use your name and likeness without compensation for promotions, advertising and/or announcements, unless prohibited by law.
   
   
9. Resorts International reserves the right to adjust account status as a result of any machine malfunction, computer or operator error, fraud or other misuse of Resorts Destination Casino Club amenities or card.
   
   
10. Members may not allow cards to be used by other players for any reason including, but not limited to, for the purpose of accruing rewards. Resorts Destination Casino Club cards will be used to track play by the account member only.
    
    
11. It is the responsibility of the member to present his or her Resorts Destination Casino Club card to table games personnel before playing tables and/or to properly insert the card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play.
    
    
12. Tier Credits are earned for all tracked slot machine and table games play, as well as any other recorded play that generates a rating in the Casino Management System.
    
    
13. Tier Credit earnings vary by machine/game type, denomination, average bet and length of play at the sole discretion of Resorts International. The determination of Resorts International shall be final with respect to Tier Credits.
    
    
14. All Tier Credits are subject to review and verification by Resorts International.
    
    
15. Tier Credits can be earned at Resorts Atlantic City, Atlantic City Hilton, Resorts Tunica, Bally’s Tunica and Las Vegas Hilton.
    
    
16. Tier Credits do not hold any cash or complimentary value.
    
    
17. Tier Credits expire annually on December 31st.
    
    
18. Destiny Dollars will no longer be earned as of June 15, 2007. Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 are redeemable as complimentary value at any Resorts International property other than the member's dominant property or other properties in that same region. All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Resorts International.
    
    
19. Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 are valid for 18 months from the time they were earned. All Destiny Dollars more than 18 months old will be deleted from a member's account and will no longer be available for redemption.
    
    
20. Destiny Dollar redemption options vary by property and are determined at the sole discretion of Resorts International.
    
    
21. At the discretion of each property, Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 are redeemable on a $1:$1 ratio for typical travel related amenities and services including, but not limited to:
    
    
    • Food & beverage in select dining/nightlife outlets
    • Off property amenities and services that have a pre-existing affiliation with the property such as golf clubs, etc.
    • Hotel rooms & services
    • Specific spa services and exercise facilities
    • In-House entertainment venues
    • Limousine services
      
      
22. At the discretion of each property, Destiny Dollars earned prior to June 15, 2007 are redeemable at all property owned retail outlets including gift shops in accordance with property specific terms, conditions and restrictions.
    
    
23. Members may not redeem their Destiny Dollars for any third party amenities/services not explicitly listed above. Amenities/Services not available for Destiny Dollar redemption include, but are not limited to:
    
    
    • Airfare
    • In-House, third party retail outlets
    • Third party restaurants (not located on-property)
    • Gift Cards – department stores, gas stations, etc.
    • Destination Shoppes™
      
      
24. The maximum Destiny Dollar balance maintained in a single account may not exceed $10,000.
    
    
25. Members are solely responsible for all applicable licenses, registrations, taxes and other fees.
    
    
26. In the event of death of a member, all rewards remain non-transferable and shall expire as set forth herein.
    
    
27. In the event of divorce of a member, the member retains all rewards, unless otherwise stated by a valid and final court order submitted to Resorts International.
    
    
28. Resorts International reserves the right to change or cancel the Resorts Destination Casino Club program or its official rules and regulations, including the revision of policies, rewards and benefits, at any time and without notice.
    
    
29. Specific services, benefits, and offers may be based on availability and are subject to management’s discretion.
    
    
30. Employees of Resorts International and its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies may not be eligible for this program. See your local property Human Resources Department for details.
    
    
31. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities including, but not limited to, through a government program, by their own request, or who have been excluded or barred from any Resorts International property for any reason, are not eligible for membership and are deemed to forfeit all accrued cash, comps, Tier Credits and other benefits earned through the Resorts Destination Casino Club.
    
    
32. Membership in the Resorts Destination Casino Club may be revoked or cancelled at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Resorts International.
    
    
33. All decisions and resolution of all disputes regarding the Resorts Destination Casino Club including, but not limited to, interpretation of the official rules and regulations and the requirements for eligibility for this program, lie solely with Resorts International whose decisions shall be final and binding.
    
    
34. Please visit any Resorts Destination Casino Club Center to receive a copy of these official rules and regulations.
    
    
35. A member’s use of the Resorts Destination Casino Club card indicates the member's acceptance of the foregoing official rules and regulations of the Resorts Destination Casino Club.
