| 1995 | Parent company name is changed to Griffin Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. |

| 1996 | In August, Sun International Hotels, Ltd. announces the purchase of Griffin Gaming. Final acquisition takes place in December, and Sun becomes the owner and operator of Griffin, simplifying the name to Resorts International Hotel. |

| 1997 | In October, Sun International Hotels, Ltd. and its chairman, Sol Kerzner, are found qualified by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission to be the permanent owner operator of Resorts Casino Hotel. |

| 1999 | In July, a $50 million dollar redevelopment is completed. It is the most comprehensive project the property has accomplished since becoming the first in gaming on the east coast in 1978. |

| 2001 | On April 25, Colony Capital LLC, completes the purchase of Resorts from Sun. |

| 2004 | On July 2, Resorts Atlantic City opens the $125 million, 27-story Rendezvous Tower, consisting of 357 hotel rooms, 42 suites, and 14,000 square feet of gaming space. |

| 2010 | On August 23, Gomes Gaming, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with RAC Atlantic City Holdings LLC to purchase the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey |
